Happy Saturday!
Sadly our time in the food industry is most likely coming to an end soon. Our lease will be completed at the end of the month, and our plan was to be done. We have been on this journey for 5 years total, including the 2 years it took to open during Covid. It’s not easy to walk away from something that we’ve created from the love of food and family. There is a small part of us that is trying to figure out if it is possible to continue on. However, we know that the direction our lives are going in, just doesn’t allow the time, with having a daughter going to college for basketball and a new granddaughter.
We have loved every moment of our time, even the not so great times, like the two fire scares ☠️😫👩🏼🚒…. We have come to know many of you personally, and will miss you dearly. We hope that we’ve made a positive impact on the food scene of Springfield.
We feel like we are going out on a high note. We have a 4.8 on our Google reviews, a 4.7 on Yelp and have passed all of our surprise health inspections.
We will have limited hours the remainder of the month with some basketball workout visits to our daughter’s college , and a graduation trip for her.
