We imagined a warm, welcoming Parisian-inspired café in the heart of Zion—and brought it to life through months of planning, hands-on work, and a complete transformation.

Nearly one year later, it has become so much more than a café. It’s where our team has grown, friendships have formed, and guests from around the world have slowed down to enjoy a sweet moment in Zion.
