Som Tum (ส้มตำ), or Green Papaya Salad, originated in the Isan region of northeastern Thailand. Our Som Tum features shredded green papaya, carrots, tomatoes, ground peanuts, and shrimp on a bed of lettuce. A must-try for a burst of flavors!
