I had the pleasure of meeting comedian Damon Darling and bringing him and his family a plate from DrPlates Cajun Cuisine! There’s nothing like being able to share my love for cooking and bring a little taste of authentic Louisiana Cajun & Creole flavor to others.

Moments like these remind me why I started this journey. It’s bigger than just food.... it’s about connections, experiences, and sharing a piece of Louisiana wherever I go!

Yesterday was truly a moment I’ll never forget.

I want to personally thank Chico Bean for trusting DrPlates Cajun & Creole Cuisine to provide food for him and his team. Being given the opportunity to cook for people who are traveling, performing, and working behind the scenes meant so much to me.

For me, this was bigger than just preparing food. This is something I’ve been building from the heart... taking the flavors I grew up loving and sharing a piece of Louisiana with people here in the Midwest.

To be able to see DrPlates reach a moment like this is a blessing that I don’t take lightly. Every order, every plate, every person who supports this journey helps me keep pushing forward.
