Thank you so much to the Penns Valley PTO and Riddles Ice Cream Shop for allowing us to serve the kids of PVE with an end of year treat! We can’t wait to continue this tradition!

We are Melanie and Tom Wilkins.

Our love for ice cream and desire to keep it in Penns Valley, inspired us to purchase Riddles Ice Cream Shop.

We will finish out the 2026 season as Riddles, serving their beloved tasty treats, before officially becoming Scoop and Sizzle.

We are so lucky to have this opportunity, and we are very appreciative to The Riddles for making it happen!

We can't wait for this new endeavor, and we look forward to meeting everyone! 😀
