Grown in Jersey. Poured at Marée.

Turns out, some pretty incredible things are happening in New Jersey w**e country. And on October 22, we’re bringing a few of our favorites to the table.

Join us in The Vault for an evening with w**e expert Hank Zona as we explore the people, places, and pours putting New Jersey w**es on the map.

We’ll start with c***r from Ironbound and cheeses from Valley Milk House, followed by four courses paired with w**es from Beneduce, Alba, and Meadowbrook.

Great w**e. Good food. Even better company. And a little something good for our neighbors, too.

5% of every ticket will benefit Fulfill, supporting families across Monmouth and Ocean Counties.

The bank closed a long time ago. The vault kept going.

Behind the original 1901 Mosler door at Marée, there are now twenty private w**e lockers. Each one holds 12 bottles, is climate-controlled, and has your name engraved on the front. Your bottles stay here until you come in, and opening them is on us.

Members get 10% off retail bottle rates, 20% off our w**e list when dining, and a seat at our Quarterly Soirées in the Vault with our sommelier and w**e partners.

Twenty lockers. Twenty names. One of them could be yours.

Reserve at eatatmaree.com/w**e-locker or ask for a tour of the Vault next time you’re at 1123 3rd Ave. Spring Lake, let’s pour!

Spring Lake, you delivered.

Our first Witches Paddle weekend at Marée, and what a way to spend a Saturday (plus we loved prepping for you gorgeous ghouls!).

We brought a little French flair to the festivities with good food, cocktails, and a full house of familiar faces and fabulous witches.

Merci to everyone who joined us after the paddle. We loved being part of the tradition.

A rising tide lifts all spirits.

October looks good on Spring Lake.

The beach crowds thin out. The bar fills up. Witches take to the lake. Beautiful houses open their doors. Dinner gets a little longer. Somebody orders another martini and no one turns into a pumpkin.

Come hungry. Bring friends. Pull up a stool.

There’s something especially good about a restaurant when the weather turns. A table by the window. Something warm coming out of the kitchen. A glass of w**e you hadn’t necessarily planned on. Coffee after, because nobody is particularly interested in rushing back outside.

Storm or no storm, we’re here.

Lunch at Marée. Noon, every day but Tuesday.

Reserve on OpenTable or just stroll in.

Marée means tide. The thing that comes in, goes out, and leaves a mark.

Our w**e list arrived with love: hand-embossed leather, our name pressed into the cover, honeycomb details at the corners, and no lamination. It will soften with time. It will gather salt from the air, fingerprints from a thousand hands, and the occasional wet ring from a glass left down too long. It will become part of the life of Marée.

And it is only one of the special touches waiting for you here.

The artwork, the menus, the details you notice right away and the ones you discover slowly. Nothing at Marée was made without love. Our server Christie, who is also a designer and maker, brought this w**e list to life with the same care that runs through every corner of the restaurant.

We are so happy to finally share Marée with you. Ask us about anything you see. There is a story behind it, and someone who loved it into being. 🌊❤️

Our first Italian Festival in Spring Lake.

Spritzes, spritzes, spritzes. A packed bar. Doors wide open. Third Avenue absolutely buzzing from one end to the other.

This was one of those days where you look around for a second and think, yep. This is exactly why we wanted to be here.

We opened Marée this year, and yesterday we got to be right in the middle of one of the best days in this town. People spilling into the streets, music playing, glasses clinking, old friends running into each other, new friends being made, and somehow another spritz always needing to be poured.

Spring Lake, you know how to throw a party.

Thank you to everyone who came through our doors, grabbed a seat at the bar, had a drink with us, brought friends back, said hello, and made our first Italian Festival one we won’t forget.

We’re new to Third Avenue.

But days like this already make it feel like home.

Same time next year?

Open at noon, every day but Tuesday.
