Bittersweet day at Saladworks Spring Hill!

Aiden, Elizabeth, and Keaton have been with us since opening day, over two years ago, and today we say see you later as they head off to college.

These three have served our guests with kindness, worked hard every single day, and been a huge part of what makes Saladworks Spring Hill special. We couldn't be prouder of them.

Spring Hill, if you've been in over the past two years, chances are one of these incredible people made your experience a little brighter. Help us wish them well as they go do great things.

Good news for salad lovers everywhere!

While we had no connection to the recent cyclospora outbreak, it's very good news that the FDA has confirmed the outbreak has been resolved elsewhere, and all Americans can feel confident eating fresh leafy greens again.

At Saladworks Spring Hill, we wash and chop our own lettuce fresh in-house every day. Food safety isn't something we take shortcuts on.
