Martin's BBQ Joint

Martin's BBQ Joint West Tennessee’s legendary whole-hog BBQ tradition is the cornerstone of Martin’s Bar-B-Que Joint. We come in at 5 am, every day, seven days a week.

Pat Martin learned the art and craft of West Tennessee-style smoke and meat 25 years ago in the tiny town of Henderson, TN before making Nashville his home. It became a consuming passion that eventually led to a business when he opened the first Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint in October of 2006 in Nolensville, Tennessee - just south of Nashville. From the sides to the sauces, everything is made from scratch every single day - You'll never find a freezer or microwave in our kitchens. But the bar-b-que actually starts a day ahead, as the process for smoking whole hogs simply can't be rushed.

Every plate of whole hog started right here - 24 hours on the pit over live coals before it’s ever pulled. Come watch it happen. Free pit tours, every day 😉

A great evening of conversation and connection at this quarter’s COPA Mixer.

Chamber members had the opportunity to hear directly from mayoral candidates serving both counties that make up Spring Hill, including:

• Sheila Butt – Maury County Mayor candidate
• Andy Marshall – Williamson County Mayor candidate
• Mary Smith – Williamson County Mayor candidate

Also in the running:
• Gabe Howard – Maury County Mayor candidate
• BK Muvvala – Williamson County Mayor candidate

It was a valuable opportunity to ask questions, hear perspectives, and better understand the leadership shaping our region.

🗳️ Early voting begins April 15 in Williamson County and July 17 in Maury County.

Thank you to our Chamber members for showing up, staying engaged, and being part of the conversation. A special thank you to Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint for hosting us, and to our Title Sponsor, Vanderbilt Health, and our Presenting Sponsor, John Maher Builders, for making this event possible.

Spring Hill, make your voice heard! Go vote!
