Chef Tim is hard at work! 👨‍🍳

Before we officially open our doors, Chef Tim has been busy in the kitchen testing, perfecting, and fine-tuning the menu.

Today’s creation is Debbie’s Famous Chicken Kiev, served with Parmesan potatoes and sautéed spinach. 🍗🥔

And speaking of opening our doors… we have some exciting news coming VERY soon! 👀 Stay tuned — we can’t wait to share what’s next for the Spring City Hotel! ❤️

👨‍🍳 Meet Our Executive Chef — Tim!

We’re excited to introduce Tim, our Executive Chef here at Spring City Hotel Restaurant!

Tim graduated from L’Academie de Cuisine in 2016 and brings years of passion, experience, and creativity to our kitchen.

He’s especially excited to bring back some of the comfort food and old favorites that guests remember, including Chicken Kiev, while also introducing some new dishes that we think you’re going to love.

Right now, Tim is working hard behind the scenes alongside our team to get everything ready for our doors to open. We couldn’t be more excited for everyone to finally have the opportunity to enjoy the incredible food he’s been putting together.

We’re lucky to have him leading our kitchen, and we can’t wait for you to taste what he’s cooking up!
