Rubi's Brickoven Pizza We are a local husband/wife team bringing you authentic brickoven pizza via our food truck. Our season is March -Dec as long as the weather cooperates.

We don't have a brick & mortar location, we enjoy traveling to new places and meeting new people.

Apparently there is a world wide veggie shortage, because the canned roma tomatoes we use for our sauce is on back order, along with our cauliflower crust for our gluten free friends.

So unfortunately we won't be at OSF today or the final Tasty truck Tuesday at Morton church square tomorrow.

Fingers crossed we get it Wednesday so we can see you all Thursday and Friday.
