🍕 Big things are happening at Courthouse Cafe & Pizzeria!

This weekend was our first full weekend with our brand-new pizza oven, and what an upgrade it is. The new oven cooks more evenly, gives us a beautiful bake, and creates that perfect pizza texture we love—crispy on the outside, soft and airy on the inside.

If you ordered pizza from us on Friday and noticed things were a little different, thank you for bearing with us. We were learning the ins and outs of a completely new system. After five years with our old oven, we knew every hot spot, every cold spot, and exactly how to work it. This new oven is a whole different animal—with more technology, more controls, and definitely a learning curve!

The good news? Once we get this thing fully dialed in, your pizza is going to be better than ever.

And we’re not stopping there…

This weekend we’re also introducing our new Roman-style pizzas! Joe has been hard at work perfecting the process. These pizzas are par-baked and finished to order, creating an incredibly light, crispy crust that’s unlike anything we’ve offered before.

Stay tuned! Tomorrow we’ll be revealing some of the new Roman-style flavor combinations we’ve been working on. Trust us—you won’t want to miss these. 🇮🇹🔥🍕

🚨 Big news, Spotsy! 🚨

Our new pizza oven is officially being delivered tonight! 🍕🔥

To prepare for the installation, we will be closing today at 3 PM. We’re hoping for a smooth setup and plan to have pizzas back on the menu tomorrow along with our regular business hours!

We can’t wait for you to taste what’s coming next for the pizza program here at Courthouse Cafe & Pizzeria. Thank you all so much for the patience, support, and excitement during this process. ❤️

Mamma mia!!!! Bad news guys our new pizza oven will not be delivered tomorrow. Good news is we will be open tomorrow regular hours. So come out an support us while we wait on the delivery details.

Good news and bad news, Spotsy family 🍕

The good news: we have a BRAND NEW pizza oven coming soon! 🙌
The bad news: one of our pizza ovens is down again, which means we’ll have a limited amount of pizzas available tonight.

To help us control ticket times and keep things running as smoothly as possible, pizza orders will be CALL-IN ONLY tonight. We’ve temporarily turned off online pizza ordering.

If you’d like pizza this evening, please give us a call to place your order. 📞
