Our new fall menu drop is here and it's the best tasting it's ever been !!!

We closed Latah Bistro for a bit today, gathered the whole team around the table, and tasted our way through the new menu. Best menu yet thanks to Chef Shaun Chambers, Chef Kayley Petek , Chef Kory Schimanski, and Korbin Finch !

Butternut squash bisque with maple crème fraîche, Honeycrisp apple and pepitas. Fall salad with Belgian endive, butternut squash, fennel and pancetta. Sunchokes with chimichurri and Grana Padano. Butternut squash ravioli with pumpkin cream, fried sage and truffle oil.

There’s a beautiful new salmon with fall panzanella, scallops with celery root, cauliflower, cremini mushrooms, pickled fennel and golden raisins, and duck breast with fingerling potatoes, baby carrots, chanterelles, pearl onions and red w**e reduction.

And we definitely didn’t forget the pizza oven — Burrata pizza with soppressata, Castelvetrano olives, fennel and orange-thyme gastrique

Then there’s the prime ribeye and filet with confit garlic potato purée, broccolini, au poivre and pickled shallots.
