OG colonizer Alexander the Great was presented with the Gordian knot. A knot tied so intricately that no one could untie it. So instead of taking the painstaking time to learn the ins and outs of the knot, he wielded his sword and simply severed the knot, undoing the knot with brut force. Cheater….
Going the simple route seems…well, simple. But listen: we take our kitchen table seriously. These are things we love. Things that we’re working on. The cream of the crop if you will. Great ingredients, done (hopefully) well. I’m always down for the challenge of crafting a menu based on dietary limitations, but if you have SEVERAL, this experience might not be for you. Trust me. Trust your chefs. I want you to have a good time. Talk it out. I have several words. Some say I talk too much. I’ll convince you that you like things. I promise.
