Happy Thursday Spokane… welcome to the Friday post of donut goodness… we’ve got lots to talk about so let’s get right into it.

First up are going to be the gluten friendly donuts… basically, that means that the donuts don’t contain gluten, but that contact with gluten during production is possible. Now, we only make them on Fridays, and tomorrow’s flavor mix will include the following…

Chocolate
Huckleberry
Ube
Maple
Vanilla

Next up on the list are the fritters. Everyday we make two types of fritters, and apple gets made everyday, but on Fridays you also get the cherry fritters. However, on this Friday we are currently typing about it is going to be a fritter picker weekend. Now, we are currently in the middle of our fritter picker event. The winning flavor is going to be made weekly for the coming year. This weekend you need to decide between the following three options…

Peach
Elvis (Banana, peanut butter, and chocolate)
Hot Tamale (A classic apple fritter with a hot cinnamon glaze.

Then I should mention that we will have the cake donut trifecta…

Pumpkin
Apple C***r
Blueberry

All of those flavors will be ready by 5am.
I’m going to call it with that.

Tomorrow is another day, and it is also Thursday. Which means you can pick up some fun donut options tomorrow morning… let’s get into it.

French crullers will be loaded up, and I’ll make them five ways.

Glazed
Chocolate
Ube
Huckleberry
Orange

After the French crullers I wanted to talk about the fritter situation. On Thursdays it’s pretty straight forward… you’ve got apple fritters if you’re feeling like trying something you know, or Strawberry-Rhubarb if you’re feeling like trying something new.

Pumpkin cake, and Apple C***r cake will both be ready to go at 5am.

The one thing that won’t be ready until 6am are the s’mores rings (Pictured below).

We’ll be open tomorrow at 5am.

Lemon- Blueberry fritters and apple fritters will be your two fritter options tomorrow.

Hey there Spokane… It’s Sunday afternoon, and it’s October, and I’m sure many are enjoying your Green Bluff trips, pumpkin carving competitions, or watching football. It’s all good, but I’ve got to share my plans for Monday morning.

First up, it’s Mochi Monday, and tomorrow is going to feature eight flavors. (Including a new flavor.)🤯

So it could go terribly… as always, we’ll find out together. 🤷‍♂️

Cinnamon rolls will be plentiful tomorrow. Since I don’t really have much to say about cinnamon rolls other than they are a layer of dough, and cinnamon rolled up… wait a second… do you think that is how they came up with the name?🤔 🤪 I am going to make them two ways... glazed and also, iced in maple. (Pictured below)

Lastly, I’m making ghosts tonight… except I’m mixing up the color mix because I’m a crazy person.
