We’ve got a full restock at The Scale House Market this weekend! For those who missed out on our croissant loaves, we doubled our count to make up for it! We have Plain, croissant, herb and cheese and a small selection of $5 loaves (oopsies, they’re overproofed).

Dubai brownies are back again for a limited run, along with a fresh stock of Cosmic (dark chocolate ganache and candy chips), salted caramel and Dark Chocolate Peanut butter brownies.

In addition to all of our standard drop cookies, you can find jumbo soft sugar cookies and oatmeal cream pie cookies in the Quarry Cafe display near the kitchen!

Lastly, you can find all of these and more at The South Perry street fair tomorrow from 10 AM - 7 PM. Our booth will be near Perry Street Pizza! We will be debuting our baguettes especially for this event!

For those who don’t know us, we are a WSDA Food Processor operating out of the Scale
House Market kitchen and a full time indoor vendor. We started from our south hill kitchen as a cottage bakery back in 2023. We are most known at the market for our macarons and sour dough.
