Some big changes are coming to Indicana… and this one is a little bittersweet for us. 🧡

At the end of October, we’ll be saying goodbye to lunch service at Indicana.
We really love our lunch menu, and we’ve always felt like lunch at Indicana was this little undiscovered gem in Spokane. The tacos, bowls, smothered burritos… it’s a different side of what we do, and we’re genuinely going to miss it.

But running a small restaurant also means knowing when it’s time to make changes and focus our team’s time and energy where it makes the most sense.
So you’ve got all of October to get your Indicana lunch fix! And if you’re one of those people who keeps saying, “I’ve been meaning to come in for lunch…” — this is us telling you NOW is the time.

Starting in November, we’ll no longer be serving lunch, but we’re definitely not going anywhere! We’ll still be open seven nights a week for dinner, plus Happy Hour every single day from 3–5pm.

And there’s more change coming that we’re really excited about!! Our Spring/Summer menu is getting ready to make way for Fall/Winter at Indicana, bringing back some past favorites alongside brand-new dishes we can’t wait to share.

There are not many seats left for our upcoming Five-Course Chef’s Market Dinner, and if you’re joining us, you can make it a full experience with our five-drink Tequila Cocktail Pairing for $39 per guest.

Each cocktail was created to pair with a course—from fresh and herbaceous to smoky, tropical, spicy and just a little unexpected.

One World, Many Plates had their inaugural dinner together at Indicana Sunday night with 10 people! Keep an eye out for the next gathering, where we get together to enjoy food at an immigrant owned restaurant in Spokane area to support them and connect. YUMM! 🤤

THE MENU

FIRST
TUNA CEVICHE + CRUSTED AVOCADO
A pistachio-crusted avocado filled with ahi tuna ceviche in an aguachile negro, served with a crisp tostada.

SECOND
SABUDANA VADA + HEIRLOOM TOMATO
A traditional Indian sabudana vada (tapioca/sago croquette) made with Okinawa purple sweet potatoes, finished with a creamy cacahaute (peanut) salsa. Served alongside heirloom tomatoes in a burned hot honey dressing and garnished with pea shoots & crushed pistachios

THIRD
WILD WHITE KING SALMON + ARROZ VERDE
Pan-seared wild white king salmon served over jasmine arroz verde (Mexican green rice), cooked with fresh salsa verde and studded with peak-season summer vegetables. Finished with a fragrant Goan-inspired green coconut curry.

FOURTH
LAMB ROGAN JOSH TAMALE + CHARRED PINEAPPLE PICO
Slow-braised lamb rogan josh with yogurt, Kashmiri chile and warming Indian spices, wrapped in an open-faced Yucatán-style banana leaf tamale and steamed until tender. Served with a sweet-and-spicy charred pineapple pico de gallo.

FIFTH
HOT HONEY TOAST + AVOCADO SHRIKHAND + SUMMER FRUIT
Brioche slathered in hot honey butter and toasted till golden, topped with avocado shrikhand—a traditional strained yogurt infused with saffron and cardamom—finished with fresh summer market fruit and a delicate dusting of chai spice.

🇺🇸 We'll Be Closed for the 4th of July 🇺🇸
We'll be taking Saturday, July 4th off so our amazing team can spend the holiday with their friends and families.
We'll reopen Sunday, July 5th and can't wait to welcome you back!

Our back patio is officially open for reservations this season! Reservations are now available for both patio and indoor dining. When you book online, simply select your preferred seating area.

Patio tables are limited and fill up fast, so be sure to reserve your spot early!
