Some stories aren’t about business.
They’re about people, timing, and trust.
Sarah and I have always said we’re sisters—not by blood, but by life. We’ve walked through triumphs, failures, heartbreak, rebuilding, and growth together. Kasey has been woven into that story just as deeply. The three of us share a long, rooted history of showing up for one another when it mattered most—and that history is what led us here.
When we met Dave and Lisa Hooke, we fell in love with them instantly. Their hearts, their integrity, and the pride they had in what they built was impossible not to feel. And I believe the feeling was mutual. Señor Froggy’s isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a Spokane staple. It holds memories, first jobs, long careers, and decades of consistency.
This was Dave’s final store, and more than anything, he wanted to see it carry on. He deeply cared about his employees and created something rare—a culture, not just a business. People don’t stay somewhere for decades unless something special exists. That kind of loyalty doesn’t happen by accident.
When we shared that we didn’t want to change this location, but instead honor it, protect it, and continue what he built, his trust meant everything to us. With the help of Josh Allison, we hammered away, made the commitment, and stepped into a responsibility we do not take lightly.
We are incredibly grateful for this opportunity. Our hope is simple and sincere: to make Dave and Lisa proud, to honor every incredible employee who has helped build this place, and to continue being a true Spokane staple for generations to come.
This isn’t just ownership.
