Rahmschnitzel • Pan seared panko breaded tender pork loin, served with smashed Yukon Gold potatoes, and a rich cream sauce. All with browned butter, shallots capers, garlic, and sliced mushrooms.

Barbacoa Quesadilla • Shredded seasoned beef, onions, roasted corn, red bell peppers, Anaheim peppers, and pepper Jack cheese, all stuffed in a crispy flour tortilla. Served with a side of avocado crème, and our house made red chili sauce.
