(It’s actually made with butternut squash, the underrated queen of the squash realm because it tastes better. Shhhh…)

HILLYARD PRIDE SPECIAL + EXTENDED HOURS

We’re celebrating Hillyard’s first ever Pride event on Saturday 9/19 by debuting our new special “Lavender Menace”. This drink features a blend of house made lavender and maple syrup, and a little bit of honey.

Get it hot or iced, in a latte or matcha!

$1 from every Lavender Menace sold will be donated to Odyssey Youth Movement to support all the work they do to create communities of belonging 🏳️‍🌈

PLUS we’re staying open late during the festivities. Catch us between 7am-6pm on 9/19.

United Trivia kicks off in our building at 6 so we’ll be closing up as the questions start!

You may have seen her behind the bar the last few weeks, but we are so excited to officially announce that Jane is joining the Derailer Crew! Jane’s passion for crafting delicious beverages is matched only by her love for building a community in which ANYONE can feel at home. Order a decaf cortado (her favorite drink!) and ask her about ancient history, or planetary astronomy, or one of the weird little novels she’s writing. Welcome aboard, Jane! ☕️🚂

Hillyard’s 28th annual ChalkArtWalk (Hillyard's Annual ChalkArtWalk) was supposed to be this Saturday (8/8) but has been postponed due to the Spokane Complex fires.

So instead, we’re hosting a free indoor activity for anyone who wants to engage in creative community! Coffee and Crafts will be going from 9am-12pm. We’ll have supplies available for making your own stamps, junk journaling and oil pastel drawing. Feel free to bring your own supplies as well. All ages welcome, no purchase necessary! ☕️🖼️🤎
