We have a couple of closed days again this week. We had planned to celebrate National Coffee Day today since we’ll be closed Tuesday for a family event, but some unexpectedly chilly temperatures this Monday morning mean we need to protect our equipment.

But don’t worry—we’re just postponing the celebration! 🎉 Our BOGO 50% off National Coffee Day deal will be back on Wednesday (weather permitting). Bring your coffee bestie, be the office hero, or snag it all for yourself 😆

FREE FESTIVAL ADMISSION THIS FRIDAY, SATURDAY & SUNDAY 🎃

Our farm owner has been away dealing with a family medical emergency, so Fall Festival won’t be quite as fully set up as we had planned.

Most festival activities will still be running, and we’d love for you to come out, enjoy a fall day at the farm and show some extra support to the amazing vendors who have been working hard to get ready for the weekend.

We also ask for a little extra patience and kindness with our vendors, cashiers and farm crew, as everyone has been working hard to get things ready and keep the farm going. 🍂

We’re back for another fall soccer season this Saturday! 🍂⚽️

Keeping families warm, cozy, and caffeinated on the sidelines is one of our favorite things to do.

So here’s to crisp fall mornings, exciting games, and plenty of coffee and hot cocoa!

How do you know what size refrigerator you need? How much power does your equipment actually use? What does a water filtration system look like? Working in all the elements? Setup and tear down process? And wait… 3-compartment sink or handwash sink?!

Ice bin capacity. Menu pricing. Vendor fees. Profit margins. Permits. Equipment. Business goals. ALL the things no one tells you about before you start.

We’ll be sharing what we’ve learned along the way—especially for our fellow WA State “coffee cart” folks (because apparently that is a complicated term in itself - you'll see why 😅).

We definitely don’t have all the answers, but we’ve learned a LOT through trial, error, research, and stubborn curiosity.

I think I need to do an updated "get the truck ready with me" because A LOT has changed to our routine since last summer.

We literally broke equipment, streamlined our setup, and made a huge back-saving move.

Cheers to being the smallest coffee truck in town carrying the most grinders? 😆

Even though this wasn't on our bingo card this year, we jumped at the opportunity to serve a limited time coffee to our community because we didn't want to gatekeep its amazingness - even at the cost of running TWO additional grinders on the truck 😅
