This week we’re shining the spotlight on one of our FANTASTIC Bar backs/kitchen crew/server. A man that does it all!! Literally!

Meet Miguel! He has been part of the Norm’s crew for 3.5 years, with more to come!

If he had tomorrow off? He’d be out finding work with his buddy Albert, or his dad! 🔨

And something you might NOT know about him… HE’S THE YOUNGEST EMPLOYEE HERE AT NORM’S! 👶😂

Join us as we come together to support Nathan Michaud and his family.

Nathan was diagnosed with Bulbar Onset ALS in 2025 at just 49 years old. Many of you know Nathan from his time at Norma’s Burger Barn, and later as a partner at Little Bennie’s Cafe. Now it’s our turn to show him that he isn’t facing this fight alone.
