Hey Spirit Lake customers, I wanted to give everyone an update on Ordinance 643 that was approved at last night’s council meeting.

Some of you already know the struggles we faced in 2025 with our business license not being renewed after operating in the same spot as the previous owner before us. Because of that, we have not been able to operate in town and have been doing events only.

Last night, the city approved Ordinance 643 for Mobile Food Vendors, which creates official rules, procedures, and requirements for mobile food vending within Spirit Lake and we wanted to share it with you.

This has been a long and frustrating journey at times, but we truly appreciate everyone who has supported us along the way, continued to visit us at events, shared our posts, and encouraged us through all of it. Your support has meant so much to our family and our business. ❤️

We are unsure what this means moving forward and look forward to continuing to serve our community however we can. 🍔🌭
