Thanksgiving is sneaking up on us, y’all 🦃

Our Thanksgiving pre-orders will be opening soon, same family favorites you look forward to every year! We’ll be sharing all the details (menu, pickup times, everything) really soon, so keep an eye on this page.

And here’s a little incentive to not sleep on it: we’re doing an early bird discount for the folks who get their orders in first. You won’t want to miss that.

Meet Jose! He’s one of our line cooks, and he moved to Spartanburg a few months ago to be closer to family (we’re so glad he did).

Jose’s loved cooking long before he ever stepped into our kitchen, so getting to cook at Blue Moon has been the best kind of fun for him. Ask him his favorite dish and he’ll be stumped, he hasn’t met one on our menu he didn’t like yet.

What’s really won him over, though, is how friendly everyone here is. We like to think that’s just the Blue Moon way.

When he’s off the clock, you’ll probably find him at home deep in a video game, getting wrangled into playtime by his niece and nephew, or hanging out with his labradoodle, Jojo.

Our friend David McClintock of "Big Dave Eats" visited the Bodega last week and loved his experience!
