Meet the Belly & The Beast.

Created by Eggs Up Grill Spartanburg and voted this year's Burger Cook-Off Champion, this monster features a Korean BBQ glazed beef patty, Chinese five spice candied bacon, apple-jalapeño slaw, sriracha mayo, and a brioche bun.
•
Even better? The 11th Annual Cribbs Kitchen Burger Cook-Off helped raise a record-breaking $152,711 for Children's Cancer Partners of the Carolinas.
•
The Belly & The Beast is now featured on our Summer Specials menu and will soon earn its place on our permanent menu.

Big things are happening at Cribbs Hospitality Group.

As Spartanburg continues to grow, we’re excited to grow with it. Beginning in July, Cribbs Kitchen Downtown, Cribbs Kitchen Tyger River, and The Kennedy will be adding Monday hours.

We’re also excited to welcome Jamie Cribb back into the fold to lead culinary development at Cribbs Kitchen and The Kennedy, bringing fresh ideas and a familiar passion for hospitality back to the table.

Today marks an important new chapter for Cribbs Hospitality Group.

For the last 15 years, William Cribb and Raj Patel have helped build this company with vision, trust, and a shared love for hospitality. What started as an idea has grown into a family of restaurants, a catering company, and a team that we are incredibly proud of.

As Raj begins his next chapter, we want to recognize the lasting impact he has made on our company, our culture, and our community.

Cribbs Hospitality Group will continue moving forward with gratitude, continuity, and excitement for what is ahead under William’s continued leadership, alongside David Moore, Samantha Ryan, and our expanded leadership team.
