The volunteers serving at the Alpen Cheese Haus devoted their time invested to the Cheese serving to support the Shovelmen project of rehabilitating the park signs, now getting close to 20 years old.

The first sign completed was the Amundson Park sign, now installed.

Norb Brown just completed the full restoration of the Fisherman Park sign, as well as the lighter touch up on the Downtown River trail sign.

Before and after of Fisherman’s really shows how you don’t realize how things wear over time.

Thank you Norb for your legacy of fine signs, both inception and rehabilitation.

The donation of time made by the Alpen Cheese Haus servers during the Sparta Kriskindlmarkt is being realized. Their project to renovate the Park signs in partnership with The Shovelmen was started with the renovation of the most deteriorated sign by Norb Brown.

Thank you to our servers and thank you Norb for restoring this nearly 20 year old sign.
