we are Brock and Stacie Hicks, and we have been working hard for the past year planning and building a food truck. We will be making and selling fresh food everyday: like pot roast sandwiches, Italian beef, pulled pork, daily specials, drinks and desserts! No microwave on this truck! We promise to do our best to give you a great tasting meal, made from fresh ingredients and served with a smile. In

order to do so, all of our menu items are limited and available until sold out each day. This will help us to ensure freshness, and the best quality meal for your hard earned money. So, we apologize if we are sold out, but we will be sure to make more food for the next time. Basically, we just hope to make our community a little better by keeping us hungry Spartans fed with good food, each day, and having fun while doing it. We cannot wait to serve you some great homemade food!
