Frozen Delights We are a diner located in Sparta, IL. We began in a mobile trailer selling ice cream/shaved ice treats. We opened a full menu diner last August.

Burgers, soups, salads, sandwiches. By the way, we still have our classic 'frozen delights.' :)

Today we would be selling a lot of cheesy broccoli soup and fried chicken if we were still open!
Happy Thanksgiving to you all and thank you so much for missing us so much. Wish things could have been differently and our doors were still open.

I am getting a lot of inquiries about the sign at the diner. NO we did not sell the building to Rockbranch Plants and Orchard. They are our neighbors here in Coulterville and at times they will be over there just using the parking lot. I will try and get a schedule of when they will be over there and post it. They have some awesome looking plants, flowers, baskets, garden plants, trees, bushes, ect. There business is about 1 1/2 miles out past the VFW Hall on Poplar Street in Coulterville. The building is still FOR SALE. We are getting ready to sell all the equipment. So that way the building is just a piece of real estate instead of a potential restraunt business. The building is sat on 1 acre, so there are a lot of possibilities that can be done there. If anyone is interested or knows anyone who could be interested please contact us at 618-889-7049. It is a great location for just about anything.

Hey everyone, if you want some awesome flowers or plants go to the diner! Rockbranch Plant and Orchard, located in Coulterville (my neighbors) are set up out there in the parking lot with just some of what they offer!!

I'm really really thinking about setting a date and time for a big sale inside the diner. It will consist of everything we want to get rid of. Stuff will be priced and it will be first come, first serve kinda sale. But it will not be like a yard sale so it goes as marked. I will keep everyone posted on the date and time, so stay tuned.

I have a lot of styrofoam cups, plastic lids, styrofoam bowls, plastic portion cups, Ect. For sale. We also have hot fudge, butterscotch, caramel, liquid malt, sprinkles, crunch coat, Ect. For sale. We thought we had it sold but they backed out. Ughhh so if you know anyone who would be interested please let me know. Thanks!!

I've been doing a lot of cleaning at the diner and good golly we have a lot of stuff!! I will be posting some pictures of stuff I want to get rid of and I will set a date and time when I will be there and it will be first one there first one gets it.
