There’s a new pirate behind the bar, you might recognize him if the eyepatch doesn't throw you off.

Meet Josh, the newest bartender to join the Gambi’s crew. And judging by the commitment to the uniform, we think he understood the assignment.

You’ll find him behind the bar pouring drinks, mixing cocktails and getting properly acquainted with our regulars. Be sure to give him a warm Gambi’s welcome the next time you’re in.

And Josh, fair warning: our regulars have favorites. No pressure.

We've got fresh Black Cod served over risotto with asparagus and a teriyaki-apricot finish that brings a little sweet, a little savory, and a whole lot of reason to change whatever you thought you were ordering.

As always, the catch is here while it lasts. The ocean is notoriously bad about restocking on demand. ;)
