When it’s your daughter’s SENIOR YEAR, but she’s 19 now and apparently we are no longer cool… so I had to make my OWN Senior jeans for Shelly Skelly 🤣🤣🤣!!!

Y’all, I have waited ALL THESE YEARS to have a Senior daughter!! The boys wanted absolutely NOTHING to do with all the cute, fun Senior stuff 😂

All summer I’ve been talking about making her Senior jeans, doing a Senior scrapbook, taking all the pictures, and making this whole year special… just for her to turn 19, decide she’s grown, and trade us in! 🫣😂😢

Excuse me ma’am… I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS YEAR!! You can’t just take my Senior Mom fun away from me! 😂

If you’ve ever looked at my menu, you know my burger names are important to me. ❤️ Most of them are named after my kids and the burgers they created, so I didn’t want to just throw any name on this one.

The Fort Smashed Burger represents the place where I’ve built Double D’s, made so many memories, and served so many of you over the years. ❤️

And just like the name, I wanted this burger to be completely different from my others!

🍔 Double smashed patties
🧀 Pepper Jack cheese
🧅 Grilled onions cooked in a special sauce
🌶️ Jalapeños
🥒 Pickles
🥬 Lettuce
🍞 All piled between toasted sourdough!

First day back to school… Y’ALL OKAY?! 😭❤️

I had to give myself grace today. I tried so hard to make everything perfect and still had a full on mom fail. If I wasn’t at work or running a burger joint, it would’ve been cereal and movie night for sure 😂

I’m tired… are y’all tired too? Let me help you with supper tonight.

Because today? I messed up a few things with Bentley, and I’m officially giving myself grace. I don’t think we do that enough as moms.

This is the aftermath ….:

A friend came to help me but her husband didn’t realize I put everyone to work and he was the volunteer labor of the day 😂😂😂!!!
He will probably never come back again 🤣🫣!!!
