Mario's Philly Cheese Steaks is named after my son Mario who was born August 28th 1983. The Bros was added for my sons Marco and Paul. We started out with two Delis in Tacoma and closed them in 1986 and started doing the Oregon Country Fair outside Eugene it is one of a kind Arts, Crafts, Food and Music Festivals. A few years after that we realized we have a unique way of making Phillys and starte

d doing music festival around Washington and the Oregon. We use Sirloin Steak, Provolone Cheese, and special ingredients on a very special roll that taste great and does not turn to mush. We pride ourselves on the sandwich and have been huge hits with the Taste Of Tacoma and Oregon Country Fair.

I really enjoy the Fall mornings, watching the sun coming up through the trees, above the flames of the fire pit, the sound of bird song, and classical music by Hans Zimmer's " A Moment Of Peace".

HAPPY OREGON COUNTRY FAIR 2022. It been a long time coming, 2 years have felt like 5. All roads lead to a OCF 2022 in July. I have been participating in zoom meetings and it looks like by the Ides of March we'll be filling out the first foams for our registration packets. Let's hope it turns out better than Cesar. We'll be posting our menu and other information about the booth.

We are also looking for workers for the booth. We have for the last 20 years have been one of the most diverse booths at fair and we are proud of the fact that there are 6-8 languages spoken, we want to continue that. We are looking for flat top griddle cooks and back kitchen cooks for cooking what makes Mario's Mario's. We need resumes with contact info for references. AT THIS TIME OCF IS REQUIRING FULL PROOF OF VACCINATION, IF YOU NEED TO ASK WHAT IS FULLY VACCINATION, YOUR NOT VACS.

My son Marco is taking over the operations of the booth and I hope to hang out and visit with so many of you.
