At Witchdoctor Brewing Company, guests are welcomed into an inviting taproom where they can relax and enjoy the company of friends and family. Pints and mug fills are served in-house and cans are available to take home. The taproom features a 34 ft bar and tables handmade fro

m wood reclaimed while building the brewhouse. Photos of legendary musicians taken from performances across CT adorn the walls. Guests can enjoy live music (on specified nights) as they sip their favorite beer.

Our Factory Pils is our go to light beer, and we've paired it with the Southwest Steak Bowl from Paul Gregory’s 🍻

This bowl features tender grilled steak over cilantro lime rice w/ roasted corn, black beans, pico de gallo, avocado, pickled red onion, cotija cheese and chipotle crema! 🥩🍲

The beer is a German Pilsner... light, crispy and super drinkable! 🍺🏭

We love our Oat To Joy Oatmeal Stout, and it goes great with the Shrimp & Corn Chowder from The Lab 🍻

The chowder features shrimp and charred sweet corn sauteed with plum wine, simmered in a creamy lobster broth, then topped with fresh cut scallions 🦐🌽

The beer is dark and smooth and goes great with the creamy, rich, slightly spicy chowder 😋

Did you know Saturdays at Witchdoctor are all about supporting local?

Every Saturday from 2–6 PM, we offer FREE space to one local small business to pop up, showcase what they do, meet new people, and connect with our community!

And we’re not just looking for vendors—we want workshops, too! 👀 These will happen during the week!

We've got a new IPA that we've dubbed "Recess", and we've paired it with the Bacon Ranch Pickle Pizza from Barb's Pizza 🍻 🥓🥒

The pizza is zesty, tangy and bacony! The beer is an American IPA... easy drinkin' kinda citrusy, kinda crispy, and all the way delicious, and it's the perfect thing to wash down this slice 🍕😋
