Because we are open year round, we can service your needs for any occasion. Our staff is pleasant, knowledgeable and reliable and willing to work with you on customized orders. Our ice cream is made in small batches of 5 gallon vats. From Vanilla to Peanut butter Chip Swirl, we make sure that every one of our flavors is the best it can be. Unlike other brands, no air is added or used during the ice cream making process. This makes the ice cream perfectly smooth and creamy... the best tasting ice cream around!

Happy Veteran's Day!!! Thank you for your service.

I’d like to personally thank all the veterans and active servicemen and women for defending our great country. My late husband, Joe, was a Vietnam Era veteran, and my late dad, Dominic, was a World War II veteran who was stationed in Okinawa. Dad was in the Navy, and Joe was in the Army. My Dad was a very proud American who would hang the American Flag on our front porch and at the garage every day at home. He taught us to respect the flag and for what it stands for. He never hung the flags in the rain, and you always brought the flags in nightly. A wonderful tribute to my dad was at his funeral, a military one; I will never forget how proud I felt when I looked over to the Naval Officer as he handed my sister, Marie, the folded flag. As a tribute to my Dad, Joe, and all the veterans, when you pass by Pralines Central, you will see a flag flying proudly every day except the rainy ones.
