Nourishing your body is the #1 way to actually reach your health and fitness goals. Whenever I work with clients, the one thing I say again and again is "it's not about eliminating your favorite foods, it's about what foods you can add more of"
Because the truth is, if you're truly giving your body what it needs and nourishing it consistently - cravings reduce, over eating or under eating begins to stop the cycle as your natural hunger and fullness cues come into balance, eating enough protein, fiber and healthy fats satiate you - and you find that you CAN still enjoy all of your favorite things in life without any guilt, because you have consistently trained your body into true balance.
