The Southbury Chamber invites you to attend a ribbon cutting on Tuesday, October 13 at 3 p.m. to mark the one year anniversary of Señor Panchos Southbury being under the new ownership of Pedro and Sharon Rosas. Enjoy music, a light eats, and give aways. We hope to see you there!

We know many of you have been waiting for news and details on how to help our colleague and friend, Carlos.

Following the recent, sudden loss of his wife’s son, Carlos received serious health news that has severely impacted his life. As he gets ready to begin treatment, he is unable to work and cannot support himself right now—which is why help is needed right away.

Donations will go directly toward Carlos's medical bills and household expenses, helping cover his care and the basic living costs that do not stop while he is out of work.

How You Can Help:

Dine & Support Us: Next week, Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to close, 15% of our sales will be donated directly to Carlos’s GoFundMe!

Donate Directly: If you are able to give, any amount will help Carlos get through this difficult time with a little less financial pressure and more room to focus on his treatment.

Share: If you cannot donate at this time, sharing this fundraiser with friends, family, and your network would mean a lot.
