The story of our bakery began in the most unexpected and heartwarming way — with a spelling mistake! It all started when my daughter, full of curiosity and excitement, was asked to help me label the flour jar in our pantry. She eagerly started punching out the label "flour" as "flower." We laughed at the mix-up as I told her "flour as in cooking flour." She then proceeded with "Cooking Flower". But something clicked as I looked at that word. It seemed like a sign, a reminder that even mistakes can bloom into something beautiful. From there, the idea for Flower & Dough Bakery was born. What started as a small, family-run operation in our kitchen quickly became a passion project that celebrates creativity, imperfection, and the joy of baking. We love funky, fun, groovy colors, and having a good time with flavors, and we’re proud to share that spirit with you in every bite.
