🥳 BIG NEWS for Ethnos Coffee Roasters & Coffee Central by Ethnos
Over the years, Ethnos Coffee & Coffee Central by Ethnos have been blessed with an incredible team and immeasurable support from our community. Together, we’ve built more than a coffee company — we’ve created spaces where people gather, connect, and belong.
As we continue growing, we’re committed to strengthening the leadership, systems, and infrastructure that will support the next chapter of our mission and impact.
With that in mind, we’re excited to officially announce that Laura Rivera has accepted the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Ethnos Coffee Roasters and Coffee Central by Ethnos!
Many of you already know Laura through her work behind the scenes. Since joining the company in 2024 as Social Media Manager, she has become a trusted strategic partner, contributing to marketing initiatives, operational improvements, systems development, and growth-focused projects across both brands.
As the founder of The Right Way, an award-winning consulting and marketing agency, Laura brings experience in operations, business strategy, leadership development, marketing, sales, and organizational growth. More importantly, she brings a passion for people, excellence, and building systems that support long-term impact.
In her new role, Laura will help lead operational excellence, team development, customer experience, marketing infrastructure, and strategic growth initiatives across both Ethnos Coffee Roasters and Coffee Central.
As Founder and CEO, I will continue focusing on vision, community relationships, strategic partnerships, and the continued growth of our mission. Laura’s leadership will help ensure the people, processes, and systems supporting that vision are positioned for long-term success.
We’re grateful for every customer, team member, partner, and supporter who has been part of this journey. This is an exciting step forward as we continue building a culture centered on hospitality, craftsmanship, community, and meaningful connection.
The future is bright, and we’re just getting started.
