Some products get hyped up online and then show up wildly underwhelming. This was not one of those times.

sent me some Wagyu samples and this tomahawk honestly blew me away. One of the best steaks I’ve had in a long time — insanely rich flavor, beautiful marbling, and it barely needed anything. Just smoked sea salt on the griddle and that was it. 👌🏻

Paired it with local broccoli rabe from Farm because when the ingredients are this good, the less you mess with them the better.

Duffy’s is a wholesale Wagyu distributor, so if you’re looking to order quality beef in bulk, definitely check them out.

Cardamom iced coffee is my favorite way to start the day—rich, warming, and just sweet enough.

8 oz strong coffee with 1 tbsp honey, ½ tsp vanilla, and a pinch of cinnamon + cardamom stirred in while it’s hot… poured over ice and finished with cream. Simple, but it hits every time ☕️

Why do we act like grilling is seasonal?

We sat down to this and both had the same thought… why aren’t we cooking like this all year? No mess, no lingering kitchen smell, just simple, clean, ridiculously good food.

Honestly… not sure why I ever stopped.
