We are pleased to announce a change of ownership of The Buttery Biscuit, now proudly known as Dolly's South! The restaurant will now be owned and operated by Ron and Carol Insinger. The new owners, a passionate local family, are excited to serve the South Williamsport community. This transition marks a new chapter for us, which will continue to serve the community with the same dedication and quality it has for years. They are committed to retaining the heart and soul of the Buttery Biscuit by keeping the same wonderful staff and all the menu favorites you've come to love. As we embark on this new adventure, our goal is to build on the diner's success and make it even better! We're excited to introduce new menu options, extend our hours to better serve you, and bring other positive changes to enhance your dining experience very soon.
