Question: What do you do when you have way too many Jalapeños? Me: I start reaching for ingredients and let a plan form. Appetizers sound good. Crescent Roll Stuffed Jalapeño Poppers and Baked Tortilla-Wrapped Jalapeño Popper Pinwheels

They say... With all good things, there must a time for all to good things to come to an end. And I am both sad and yet happy to say… A few months ago, I sold the Ice Cream Trailer to a wonderful young lady. Who has made the decision to keep the Ice Cream Trailer operating in the Village of South Wayne. Her name is Elizabeth Dearing, and I’m hoping you will give her the same wonderful and gracious support you have shown us over the years.
The decision to sell the ice cream trailer was not easy to make. Unfortunately, knowing... I would not be able to physically operate it for another season. The decision was made for me.
I will miss you all very much, and I wish you all the very best...
Hugs and Love
