It's preparing your house to be photographed and shown on the market without the need for big furniture purchases. We essentially give your house a "face-lift," using mostly what you already own. This includes minimizing, tidying, and decorating. Sometimes, clients even prefer to bundle this service with their packing. Soft staging enables prospective buyers to see your house as their "home." But why should you invest in this service? It saves you both time and money when you want to sell your home.
