Dear Valued Customers,

We’re writing to let you know about an upcoming change to how we’ll serve you. Beginning August 1, 2026, our restaurant will transition from **dine-in** service to **to-go only** service.

- To-go service only: Meals will be packed in **to-go containers** for pickup.
- Seating is still available:You are welcome to **sit and eat on-site**, but the food will be served in **to-go packaging** (not plated or served for traditional dine-in).

We truly appreciate your support and will continue to provide the same great food and friendly service.

HOW TO PREPARE RESTAURANT- QUALITY TOGO PHO 🍲 😋

INGREDIENTS:

* Rice noodles
* Protein of your choice (steak, brisket, tendon…)
* Fresh herbs (mint, basil, cilantro, green onion, white onion)
* Lime
* Hoisin sauce and Sriracha for garnish
* Broth (beef broth)

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Boil Water: Begin by bringing a pot of water to a rolling boil.

2. Warm the Bowl: Pour half of the boiling water into your serving bowl to warm it up.

3. Prepare the Noodles: Place the rice noodles in a strainer and submerge them in the boiling water for about 10 seconds.

4. Combine Ingredients: Carefully pour out the hot water from the bowl. Add the prepared noodles and your choice of protein.

5. Heat the Broth: Bring the broth to a boil and then pour it over the noodles and protein in the bowl.

6. Add Vegetables and Sauces: Customize your pho by adding fresh herbs, lime, and sauces according to your taste.

7. Enjoy: Serve and savor your delicious, restaurant-quality Togo Pho!
