Square Pie Guys Detroit Style Pizza in the Bay! What makes Detroit Style Pizza (DSP) so unique?

A crispy, crackly caramelized cheese crust that comes from baking in rectangular blue steel pans originally used to ferry auto parts around Detroit automotive factories. Marc Schechter, pizza obsessive, is proud to have found a home for the wildly popular pop-up, Square Pie Guys.
