We also experimented with baking cookies in our smoker. We gave most of them away to neighbors. We made dough, then baked half in the oven like usual, and baked the other half in the smoker.

Bone in strip steak (1/2 a T-Bone), seasoned with Kinder’s steak seasoning. Smoked to 115 internal. Seared 90 seconds on each side with butter, tallow, and minced garlic. Served with Yukon Gold baked potatoes
