Today is a very special day here at Three Blondes Brewing, we’re celebrating 8 incredible years!

🍻EIGHT YEARS! 🍻

What started as an idea at the dinner table has grown into something we could have never imagined, and we are so grateful to every single person who has been a part of this journey. Thank you to our amazing staff, loyal customers, family, friends, and community. Over the past 8 years, you’ve supported us, cheered us on, and have made Three Blondes what it is today. There have been plenty of challenges, countless memories, and so many reasons to celebrate along the way. What a ride it’s been, and we truly couldn’t have done it without all of you.

And as if today wasn’t special enough, it’s also our dad’s birthday! 🎂

Anyone who knows Three Blondes knows that our dad wears many hats. From Chief Silverware Roller and Fire Pit Starting Expert to problem solver, biggest supporter, and proud dad of the Blondes. No job is too big or too small, and he’s always there when we need him.

❤️Happy Birthday, Dad! Thank you for your endless love, support, and willingness to do whatever needs to be done. We are incredibly thankful for everything you do and so lucky to have you by our side.

Today we’re celebrating someone incredibly special to our team- Laura! 🎉

Today is Laura’s 8 year anniversary working at Three Blondes which means Laura has been with us since before we even opened our doors! That’s right, she’s been part of this journey from the very beginning.

Words can’t fully express how grateful we are for everything Laura does. She is our go to person for all things front of house, the friendly face our guests know and love, and someone who consistently goes above and beyond to take care of everyone who walks through our doors. Whether she’s behind the bar, helping customers, supporting the team, or keeping things running smoothly, she does it all with professionalism, dedication, and a smile. 😊

Laura has been our right hand person for the last 8 years, and we truly don’t know what we’d do without her. She has played a huge role in helping make us who we are today.

❤️Thank you, Laura, for 8 amazing years of hard work, loyalty, and friendship. We are so lucky to have you as part of our family!

The sun is setting on our current menu! We debut our Summer Menu tomorrow (Monday) when we open at 4pm! We’ve been featuring a few of the new menu items, including the Walleye Basket, which has been a hit!

Please note, since today is the last day of our current menu, we are already out of a few items that are being retired - including the Pork Chop, Perfectly Pickled Pizza, Calamari, and Tinga Tacos.

🥗Spring Salad - Mixed greens, blanched asparagus, cherry tomato, red onion, and goat cheese with maple dijon dressing

🫐🍓Fruit Bowl - Fresh fruit served with whipped ricotta

🎣 Walleye Basket - A half pound of tender bite-sized walleye served with fries and tartar sauce

🌮Pork Belly Tacos - Crispy pork belly tacos on flour tortillas topped with slaw and house-made yum yum sauce.
