HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!!!!!!

It's FINALLY HERE! If you don't know, I LOVE Maine Lobster Rolls! They bring me back to my younger years and Hampton Beach, and what I considered to be my quest to find the PERFECT Lobster Roll.

I'm normally a purist when it comes to Lobster Rolls, ALL Lobster NO FILLER, NO Onion, NO Celery, JUST Maine Lobster, A TOUCH of Mayonnaise, little Salt & Pepper, & just a light splash of fresh Lemon Juice, served in that warm Butter toasted Roll, but the last time we did them, we served them on Buns not Rolls so I added a Lettuce Bib and well it added a nice additional texture without interfering with the richness of the Lobster, so we are doing it again, but this time as Kyla politely asked we are serving in traditional Hot Dog Rolls! Yesterday I got the (60) house made Rolls done, got my drawn Butter done, got my Coleslaw shredded, got the Fries cut, got the Lobster prepped and portioned, and got the Dilly Pickle seasoning done. Need to dress the Coleslaw this morning, blanch the Fries, cut my Lemons, cut my Lettuce Bibs, and get the Griddle ready!

Last week, Kyla looked at the weather and said, “Sam, next week we are going to have a cool spell, you know if you wanted to run Turkey Stuffers that would be the time". Well, we all know when Kyla says "if YOU wanted to run", what she really means is "You're GOING to run". So Starting tonight running through Sunday night @ The Pooch we are having Thanksgiving in June, complete with Pumpkin Pie for Dessert!!!!

HAPPY Thursday!!!!! My SECOND Favorite day of the WEEK!!!

Tonight is our FAMOUS Lasagna night @ The Pooch, pasta sheets layered with Dad's Marinara, diced braised Beef, Pork, Sweet Italian Sausage, Meatballs, & our Top Secret Cheese Blend, baked and served topped with Marinara & that melted Cheese, served with Green Beans!!!

If you missed our Hump Day Special last night, The Roast Beef Connection we still are running it tonight, although it really is a tough choice... but Lasagna does run every week, and That sandwich which is AMAZING, might not run again for awhile. So which are you in the mood for? Lasagna or Roast Beef on an Onion Roll?

HAPPY HUMP DAY!!!!

Tonight you are in for a TREAT!!!! We have pulled out ALL the stops for Tonight's Sammie Special! The Roast Beef Connection ~ thinly sliced Italian roast Beef piled high on a house made Onion Roll, with Horseradish Sauce, Swiss Cheese, Tomatoes, Red Onions, & Arugula, served with house made Sour Cream & Onion Chips, and a side of French Onion Dip!! I don't have an actual photo yet as the Beef got roasted yesterday, along with the Onion Rolls got baked, but I will upload one as soon as we get all the pieces put together. Until then let your imagination run wild, but I will say ChatGPT has given a pretty accurate interpretation!!!

Soup Tonight is one of my Mother's FAVORITES.... Tomato Macaroni & Beef!!

What an AMAZING DAY it is Today!! And what better way to Celebrate Living or Visiting this BEAUTIFUL Green Mountain State than Dinner @ The Pooch, enjoying Tasty Libations and Food while sitting Al Fresco on the Patio or inside the Restaurant!!!

Whilst Italy didn't make it into the FIFA World Cup (again!!!). USA did and it should be very exciting as being hosted by The United States, Mexico, & Canada. World Cup runs from 6/11/2026 - 7/19/2026.
