🚚✨ Back to School… Food Truck Edition! ✨🚚
I’m excited to share that I’ve officially started Food Truck University at Flagship in Anderson, Indiana!
Every Wednesday from 10 AM–12 PM for the next 8 weeks, I’ll be learning the ins and outs of the food truck and food trailer business — from pricing, start-up costs, pros and cons, regulations, industry numbers, growth trends, and what it really takes to operate successfully.
And I have to say… they’re making sure we have the tools to learn! 💻 We were provided a laptop for use during the program, along with access to the building and printing resources.
Now, does this mean I’m definitely getting a food truck? 🤔
Not necessarily!
I’ve wanted one in the past, but as my business continues to grow, I’m taking a step back and asking myself whether a food truck is truly the right investment for Fancy Delights.
My customized tents have been working beautifully for my markets and events, so this class is really about exploring the possibilities, gathering the facts, building my network, and making an informed decision.
I’m always going to invest in learning, growth, and positioning myself for the next opportunity. 💪🏾✨
So… let’s see what these next 8 weeks teach me! 🚚📚
