This week, yes we are starting a bit early…we’re celebrating an incredible milestone—our 5th Birthday!

Five years ago, we opened our doors with a simple goal: create memorable experiences through scratch-made food, creativity, and hospitality. What started as a dream has grown into a restaurant built on passion, creativity, hard work, and the unwavering support of our community.

To our current, guest, and former chefs: thank you for your creativity, effort, and dedication to the craft. Each of you has helped shape the identity of No. 6, bringing unique perspectives, flavors, and experiences to our kitchen. Your passion for food and commitment to excellence have left a lasting mark on our story. I appreciate each and every one of you.

To our staff: thank you for the long hours, the laughter, the teamwork, and the care you show our guests every day. Your efforts behind the scenes and on the front lines are the heartbeat of this restaurant.

And to our guests: thank you for choosing us, celebrating with us, supporting local business, and allowing us to be part of your lives. Whether you’ve been with us since day one or discovered us yesterday, you are the reason we’ve reached this milestone.

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of our guests who joined us for Tequila Night! It was an incredible evening filled with amazing food, exceptional spirits, and great company. We truly appreciate everyone who came out and made the event such a success.

Beyond the stereotypes is a centuries-old craft rooted in culture, agriculture, tradition, and artistry. When produced traditionally from quality agave, these spirits offer incredible depth, natural complexity, and a more thoughtful drinking experience meant to be savored, not rushed.

Throughout the evening, guests will experience how different agave spirits interact with flavor — from bright citrus and fresh seafood to earthy masa, smoky charred octopus, rich mole, and luxurious filet + bone marrow.
