Get ready for this month’s weekend special — Strawberry Rhubarb French Toast! Two slices of French toast made from sourdough smothered with crème anglaise and strawberry rhubarb compote.

These weekend specials are a great way for our kitchen to get creative with the best flavors of the season, and make use of our unique connections with local farms. For this special, our strawberries are from Garwood Orchards in La Porte, IN and the rhubarb is from Mick Klug Farm in St. Joseph, MI.

This extra special French toast will be available every Saturday and Sunday in June during brunch hours from 8am to 4pm while supplies last. Happy Spring!
