Nothing is sweeter than our March Seasonal Drinks! This month our drinks are inspired by Japanese flavors. Each one of these drinks is crafted with homemade syrups and fresh ingredients. We hope you love them just as much as we do!
Sakura Matcha Latte🍵🌸
A matcha latte made with our ceremonial grade matcha, homemade sakura syrup and your choice of milk.
Traditionally sakura trees bloom in Mid-March to Early April all over japan. These beautiful trees are also known as cherry blossoms. The trees themselves represent the start of spring and new beginning! Our sakura syrup has notes of cherry, almond, green tea, and florals.
Miso Caramel Latte 🪷🫧
A latte with our homemade miso caramel syrup and your choice of milk.
White miso is a japanese fermented soybean paste. Most people know about miso from miso soup. But miso can be used in many dishes both sweet and savory!
Lavender Yuzu Spritz🍋🪻
A spritz made with our citron green tea, homemade lavender yuzu syrup, and sparkling water.
Yuzu is apart of the citrus family looking similar to a grapefruit in texture and size. This fruit is used in both Japanese and Korean cuisine for its bright aromatics and tart flavor.
Black Sesame Cappuccino🎏🎑
A cappuccino made with our homemade black sesame syrup and your choice of milk.
Black sesame is a flavor used commonly throughout japan in things like ice cream, mochi, and matcha lattes. This flavor slightly nutty and has a toasted taste.
