Our baked ravioli is technically a 45-minute dinner, but it’s so easy and quick to prepare that we’re counting it! Make it ⬇️

Preheat oven to 375°F. 
Mix together 15 oz ricotta, 1 cup shredded mozzarella, 1/4 cup grated parmesan, 1/2 tsp salt, and a handful of fresh chopped basil.
Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce (from a 32 oz jar) on the bottom of a baking dish. Add a layer of our Truffle & Parmigiano Reggiano Ravioli (you need two bags total).
Add another thin layer of sauce, followed by a layer of half the ricotta mixture. 
Repeat those layers, ending with a layer of ravioli, sauce, and 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella.
Bake, covered in foil, for 20 minutes. Remove from foil, bake for another 20 minutes until bubbly.
Serve with fresh basil on top.
